  • Assist with drywall installation and repair, including hanging, patching, sanding, and basic finishing
  • Assist electricians with jobsite preparation, material handling, and other support work
  • Assist plumbers with repairs, installations, jobsite preparation, and other support work
  • Perform basic carpentry, trim, door, hardware, and fixture repairs
  • Complete general building repairs and punch-list items
  • Install shelving, fixtures, hardware, signs, and other building components
  • Assist with demolition, material handling, jobsite setup, and cleanup as needed
  • Safely use common hand and power tools
  • Work independently on basic repairs and alongside skilled trades on larger projects
  • Assist wherever needed based on project requirements

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of construction, handyman, maintenance, or multi-trade experience preferred
  • Experience in more than one construction trade strongly preferred
  • Basic drywall and painting experience preferred
  • Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, or other trade experience is a plus
  • Comfortable assisting skilled tradespeople and learning new tasks
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic repair and maintenance issues
  • Ability to safely use common hand and power tools
  • Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Must be willing and able to travel for out-of-town projects
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules based on project requirements
  • Reliable and dependable

Pay & Travel

$18–$25 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated skill level.

Company-required travel expenses and lodging are covered for out-of-town projects.
